Where is the best park in a sleigh in northern California?

We live in the Sacramento area and do not want to drive more than two hours. Us like a place with a rope pull and it's not too expensive. We have a way to get there before it fills like somewhere that has reserves maybe? We also have a nearby hotel that allows us to have our 110 lb dog with us during the night.
